"We paid the ever increasing rates without question for over 10 years. We justified it by telling ourselves that if we ever had a claim, we would be able to deal with someone local and get personal service. WRONG! Minor fender bender and our "local agent" pointed us straight to the claims portal. It was total self service and a huge run around. Went into Hanners office to try and get some help, but was told that the agent had no way to contact claims dept.?? Apparently the local office is for collecting premiums only."
